The Nehemiah Center
is a Christian-based organization that offers academic, emotional,
cultural, social and spiritual enrichment to the children and
families in the MacGregor Elementary School Area just outside
Houston's Third Ward.

Our Mission:
Neighbors helping neighbors create
a safe haven in which children are motivated, inspired and
equipped to realize their God-given potential.
Organization Profile:
The Nehemiah Center opened with 22 children
in January 1996 and now serves over 130 children daily. We
are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization, and your contribution
is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Corporate
gift matching is welcomed.
